Hop aboard the miniature woodland railway at Alexandra Park this half term, running daily from 23 to 31 May. Train rides are £1.50 per person, or grab a combo ticket for £4.50 which includes two train rides and a round of woodland mini golf. Mini golf is also available separately at £2 per person.

A brand-new half-term trail at Sharnfold Farm where little explorers follow clues through the Mini Maze, find hidden woodland animals and act them out along the way. Tiptoe like a fox, hop like a rabbit or squeak like a mouse as you wind through the maze. Pick up an activity sheet, complete the trail and post it at the cafe for a chance to win a Summer Season Pass for a family of four. Bouncy castle, soft play and large toys are set up across the sports hall for a fun-packed morning from 9.00–10.30am. A relaxed, family-friendly roller-skating class every Sunday morning at the Y Centre Sports Hall in Hastings. Unlike the Saturday session, there’s no music — just plenty of space to skate and enjoy time together. Refreshments are available at the snack bar, and skate hire is offered on the day (£3 per pair). Booking is recommended as sessions are popular during school holidays.
