A gymnastics workshop at Summerfields Gymnastics Club focused on learning walkovers and flics with experienced coaches. Open to members and non-members, all abilities welcome, from school age 4 and up. Spaces are limited so early booking is recommended.

Six-week yoga course for mothers attending with their baby, led by two experienced doulas. Suitable for babies aged 0–1 who are pre-crawling; participants must have had their 6-week postnatal check, feel physically ready to practise yoga, and bring baby in a sling as there is no space for pushchairs. Weekly pregnancy yoga class covering movement, breathing techniques and relaxation to support physical comfort and preparation for birth. Runs Wednesdays 6.30–7.45pm at The Wellington Centre, 44 Wellington Square, Hastings. Suitable from around 15 weeks of pregnancy and up to birth. £13 paid monthly in advance or £15 drop-in.
